Active Member Hospital Income Benefit
COBANC provides a hospital income benefit for Active Members and their eligible dependents. The Plan will pay as indicated in the Schedule of Benefits for a hospital admittance ordered by a doctor as a result of an accident or sickness, excluding pregnancy. Emergency room visits do not qualify. This benefit will be paid according to the schedule listed in the Active Member Supplemental Benefits Plan.
