Today we received the long awaited decision from the Appellate Division: Second Judicial Department. We regretfully inform you that the Judges unanimously sided with OCA, therefore further dividing the Unified Court System. We will be looking into where we go from here. We know that this is another kick in the shins, but please do not lose all hope until we say the fat lady has sung.
