The proposed 2019-2021 collective bargaining agreement is now in the ratification stage, whereby the membership decides whether to vote for or against it. Voting will be conducted via mail-in ballot. Ballots were mailed on Wednesday, October 24. Please follow the instructions enclosed with each ballot to ensure your vote will count.
Absentee ballots will be available in the COBANC office until 5PM on Nov 5 for anyone who does not receive one by mail. To obtain one, you must appear in person with a valid form of identification.
All ballots must be returned by mail and postmarked no later than November 5.
