Nassau Courts are Closed

Tuesday, March 17, 2020
We want to thank everyone for remaining calm during these unprecedented times.

As of this announcement, Nassau Courts have been closed and only the essential cases are being heard out of the County Court building. Arrangements are being made to limit contact between prisoners and employees.

Anyone forced to stay home will be on excused leave. Anyone scheduled to work will be compensated with comp time for hours worked. We have been informed masks and gloves will be distributed to those in harm's way. Please continue to practice good hygiene and protect yourself and your families. Remain home if at all possible.

We will be keeping the COBANC office open to answer any questions that you may have.

Stay Safe and Healthy.
